Using the same tongs, carefully remove the jars, tipping out the water and placing them mouth side up. Carefully do the same with the lids and spoon placing them on a clean paper towel, the lid open facing up. C) Wait until the jar and lid is totally dry from the heat before filling them with the Cilantro oil. Remember, the same as before: no moisture in the oil. When dry, fill with oil and cap with dry lid.
